› IT, INTERNET used to describe a method of searching on a computer using terms such as 'and', 'not', and 'or', which are known as Boolean operators: An advanced search page allows a Boolean search. Their search adds Boolean operators and the ability to limit by date, publication, title, and author. The database is searchable using Boolean logic.
