a price reduction that is given to businesses whose advertisements appear a particular number of times during a particular period: Any frequency discount granted by the company to the advertiser for multiple advertisement insertions will apply only in the event that all the advertisements proposed are actually placed.
a reduced price offered to customers who buy goods and services a particular number of times during a particular period: Call information, including the customer's telephone number and the dialled telephone number, is processed to determine whether a particular call is eligible for the frequency discount.
