a naked thigh/shoulder
He was stark naked (= completely naked).
NOT HIDDEN [ always before noun ]

A naked feeling or quality is not hidden, although it is bad:

naked aggression
the naked eye

If something can be seen by the naked eye, it is big enough to be seen without special equipment.
