The usual suspects occupy the top spots, but fortunately there are two interesting new entries in the top 10 to comment on. The first is ad hoc, which I can confidently claim to be the first Latin phrase in our top 20. Literally translated, it means to this, although the English definition is somewhat more specific.
The second is evanescence, which I put a link to on last month's Top 20, as it's such a nice word - unfortunately it also turns out to be the name of a band of rather limited quality. I would like to point out that I am in no way connected with them and I wish them all the success that their name suggests.
